| You should request some staff :) Getting some jobs going so that we can get the club more active etc would help get more members. Though you might just want to keep it small like this :O I don't know what you're looking for xD |

| i personally think we have more then enough staff at the moment considering we have 5 staff members out of 14 members so its nearly half and half already ^^;.having a idea of jobs might be helpful though...even if we just pick and choose then we would have somewhat of a guideline. also game threads probably wouldn't be a bad idea(and i don't mean about games lol) |

| hmm,i might not be the best of the best with this since i haven't really needed to give out jobs yet for the most part. Newsletter Senders Graphics(which at the moment i guess is generally me lol) but can maybe have people that start up forum games if you want. Membercards if you care for those things maybe someone who moderates the forum and also starts a lot of discussion threads but for the most part its what you want so if you think up more go for it,if don't use everything i mentioned thats fine also..but you are the creator so you need to generally figure out what your expected goal is and what is needed to meet said goal |

| True. I guess it was more the job aspect I was focused on like you said. Graphics are good for attracting members. I can help with that too as long as it's not too much cause I'm really busy with my own club >.< |

| yeah ^^ and ah,sure some help could be nice since i don't intend to really go overboard either due to my club and my profile which i promised i would re-do over a year ago and i still have hardly touched either lol |

| We should have a layout :D But then after I say that..... IK it's a lot of work xD Is someone doing it? I could try, it won't be super good but I can do my best xD I haven't done many of them. Don't know how quick it could be done though O_O |
