| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- For a second I thought Venus was secretly investigating the two villains but I guess the whole thing about her being an experienced crime fighter and magical warrior thing has been ignored since the first series. Oh, well, it was pretty funny and that multi-beam thing she was was pretty cool. They shelled out to have the sequence look as good as the usual stock footage too. I wonder if they'll ever reuse to get their money's worth. Why can't the Sailors recognize the villains they've seen over a dozens times now? The same reason no one can recognize them, I guess; writer's convenience. |

First, answer this question: why can't anyone recognize sailor soldiers true identities, even the people who know them well? It's not like they are even putting on any masks, well, except of tiaras... Just think of it as one of the features of this show. |
