Hmm so he got some exercise and apparently he's figured out who the criminals are.

That was actually awesome. Kurosawa whether he knows it or not has slowly become a samurai. Acquainted with fighting back when before he was shocked he could even palm strike a bully. Acquainted with advantage in a fast, long reaching weapon, nearly the opposite of his metal pipe from the Nakane fight. No fear just action, ready to embrace death like he was when saving Nakane! And a will to survive by escaping to find a weapon, and to live and fight with his all. All while doing the Kurosawa special, by forcing his fighters to cross a line of conviction and ask if it's worth it to fight anymore. It's helpful that his first true opponent Nakane was one that gave up only when his life was in the crosshair, it's prepared him for those afraid of poo and getting found out.

I was not expecting Kurosawa to become such a badass so gradually. The amount he determined about the situation, that he was unable to win as he was, how to gain an advantage, how to scare them off, it was like actually so cool and intelligent. Kurosawa is starting to feel more like a typical Fukumoto protagonist as we go on. The flow and power of the actions were in typical Fukumoto fashion for me and felt so good that it read like it was animated.

He's not wrong about checking to see who's still in the restaurant but it's not a foolproof strategy. I was concerned three would have left and he'd assume that was proof they were his assassins. But, since it was said no one left it seems this is more so just going to be proof it's someone who isn't related to his work. That still leaves the problem of how one snuck in and used a construction worker outfit and if it was actually a co-worker who helped them, but it's a good start.

I mean, let's be real.. These thugs tried to kill Kurosawa in the middle of the street where people everywhere could see what was going on. Yakuza are way more efficient than that, these guys feel like they're just thugs akin to those pro wrestlers or Nakane's gang. So who could this be? Since one struck him at work it would need to be people who knows where he works or where he lives so they could follow him to work.

People that come to mind are Nakane and the two girls with Nakane at the paradise resort. I don't actually know if we know how Nakane found him though. On top of that, I think they also have to be some thugs for the way they're going about this. Maybe my initial prediction was right and Shizuka somehow got that information out of them and got the pro wrestlers to go out for revenge, ha! But I'll put some more thought into it.
