| Wow, the show is twice more brutal in the uncensored BD version... I think that alone makes the show worthy enough to watch again. :P I was also mildly amused surprised by the fact that the studio also uncensored the "black silhouette" scenes in the alternative version of the OP theme. Hehe, I guess Deadman Wonderland isn't meant for kids! XD |

| @ stevewiess01 I guess u have seen another Blu-Ray version the me because mine still was censored as hell. Don't get me wrong it's still less censored but still censored. I recently watched the Eye scene and it's definetely censored and pretty much anything else too. It's still violent but anything harsher then blood spraying around is still censored. For Example you clearly can see in the opening sequence that there are intestines laying around but they are blurred out I could go on forever if u want. I don't know why they censored the blu-ray but I guess since the Anime itself was such a flop in Japan they where afraid that with a higher rating for the blu-rays they might not even get the money in that they used to produce it. |
