| Well, you could tell something was there prior. The hints weren't as obvious as the rest of the show, but certain things she would say and her expressions gave away to it early on. I don't know how this will play out, considering Kaoru seems to favor Rei... |
| Kaoru was amazing when she stood up to Miya! Hope Mariko doesn't go all crazy-obsessed over Kaoru.... Kaoru might have had some kind of heart surgery ! |

Like how happy she was that Kaoru taught her french a few episodes ago and how she's generally acted around her. This was damn good stuff. It feels as though the series has sort of found it's legs so to speak. Well, it's probably because the characters are getting more interesting by the episode. |

| I really hope psycho-Mariko doesn't return. It was so nice seeing Juste being cheerful and normal though it's already a given that Miya's going to mess up everything again. |

| Now she is going yandere for Kaoru. xD I hope Kaoru does not die cause her disease seems really bad if just a jab like that sent her sprawling on the floor. |

| I could assume that she had heart surgery at this point. First it seemed like heart problems, and now it's about wounds opening. It was kinda weird seeing a cheerful Saint Just, and gotta say she deserved this one episode after all that suffering. Sadly, Miya opposing her playing basketball for some reason (more stuff to look forward to) won't lead to more cheerful time and I can assume she'll already suffer again soon. |

| Going to the nurse?!? blood coming out of your chest has to be an emergency case they really need to call an ambulance on that (at least at the end she went to a hospital). Great to see Rei no longer being a suicidal druggie anymore and even play a basketball match |

| Damn I'm really concerned for Kaoru now, this is like the second time now. This injury seemed really serious... Even tho I'm not such a big basketball fan, that match was just wonderful. With all those stop motion scenes. Also it was good to see a different side of Rei in this episode. Looks like some more drama is gonna happen from that preview tho... |

| It's 100% confirmed, Mariko is in love with Kaoru. I had my suspicion. Will she go crazy again if she experiences unrequited love? Kaoru is already in a bad state.. It just now came to mind that Dezaki also directed Genji Monogatari almost 20 years later This was a cool sports episode. |

| So Kaoru acknowledge Mariko's love just doesn't seem to reciprocate it since she clearly still into Rei which seems correlated to her desired to keep playing, such a good melodrama. Rei is happy so Miya must be planning something. Aw Nanako getting all excited when Rei was playing. |
| Kaoru's heart condition is worse, all thanks to being elbowed by an opponent, which I'm quite certain is against the rules! It appears that Mariko is in love with Kaoru. Hopefully, Mariko won't be too obsessive with Kaoru. Seeing Rei on the court was really something else. So full of life. I dread to think of how Miya will respond. |

| Rei♡ This was so unusual seeing her happy and carefree, you just know it isn't going to last, that's why those moments feel so precious. TT I wonder if Nanako realises herself that she has special feelings for Rei as well... It was honestly interesting to see how she and Mariko acted in similar ways with their respective crush. At this point I don't know who to ship with who. The potential for Nanako and Rei was introduced in the very first episode with them bumping into each other, and latest episodes only deepened their bond. But I kinda like Kaoru and Rei too, they seem to genuinely care about each other. As for Mariko, tbh not sure her feelings will even go anywhere other than maybe stronger obsession and drama. |
