| If he went back in time, then this Chilled could be an ancestor of Frieza. Although im not sure how the time gap works out, not to mention the residents (Tuffles) were more humanoid I think. |

| Seems like, however this time travel happened, it created another time line. Because a spin-off should not caontradict the facts in the original, should it? And in the original, as far as I can remenber, Frieza had never seen a Super Sayan before Goku turned into one. I think that Chilled and Frieza are the same "person", no? Maybe he just changed his name later. |
