| Watching this in English, I can't really get over Yuriko's voice. She sounds like she's at least 30. |

| Wow, glad I decided to choose the sub over the dub for this one, close call, dodged a bullet, usually I am all for English dubs when differing country accents are involved. Who wants to hear a teenager girl being voiced like a 30 year woman. Completely ruins any moment, especially poignant scenes. At the end of the day, I had to choose between attempted European accents or have a solid japanese voice cast, especially for the one who would be taking up most of the scenes, Keaton. From a review I heard that it sounded forced at times and loses it's emotional weighting. I compared both voices and preferred the sub as well. Still sucks, if it was anything like Baccano or Bebop, I would've chosen the dub in a heartbeat. |

| these episodes just keep getting better and better. I was wondering whether or not I should have watched this anime dubbed, as I've been choosing dubs for older anime as of late, but it seems as if I have dodged a bullet- listening to Yuriko sound like a 30 year old woman would have bothered me too much!!!! |

| I'm watching the sub as well, which has been fine. No wonder this series has 6 genre tags on MAL. This time a solid slice of life episode. Looks like everyone in this anime has a story or two to tell about history or mythology. And we're getting even more background story, which is great, I didn't expect to get so much from an episodic series. I also like that Yuriko acts her age, which isn't a given especially considering young girls in anime. |
