and make a season 3 that would bring back the greatness of the series!!! a season 3 (or more if possible) would be more appreciated than this failure of a movie. gundam just ain't gundam without an epic duel between the main protagonist and antagonist at the end. 00 qan[t] never got the battle it deserved.

1. IT seems y ou too have miussed the entire point of the movie.
2. DO we seriously need another battle between main character and char clone in gundam series....AGAIN?...
3. Quan[t] is the second interstellar-combat gundam in the whole gundam multiverse. However its main purpose has been the communication and it was setsuna's main goal. If setsuna wanted, according to directors, Quan[t] could have ALONE destroyed entire els army and WON. Thankfully they did not go that way, because that would throw away all the ideals and ideas this show portrayed.

I've express these before, but it will get stale. On the other they could've made Descartes as really significant villain.

I blame the marketing team for such failures to make as if that individual(Descartes) is some baddie.

The show would have been 20x better if Setsuna did end up destroying all of the ELS. This movie shows that Interstellar communication doesn't bode well in the Gundam multiverse unlike in other mecha series such as Macross.

I would agree only if they bring back Mister Bushido. </3

... on second thought, no. It's better to just pretend this movie didn't exist.

wow, is it really that bad?

am i really need to ignore this movie?

/(>_<)\
If you just did nothing because you thought it wouldn't help, then you'd end up doing less than nothing; for nothing would change and nothing would end. (Kira Yamato - Gundam Seed Phase 34: Seen & Unseen)

Some like it, some don't. Watch it and decide for yourself.

Depends on you yourself.

A wakening of trialblazer introduced a lot of new things into gundam, while on the core its still the same ideas, two factions, needless war, etc.

A lot in the plot requires you to have at least some understanding on setsuna's character and his goals, mindset, etc.

Not to mention that if you will watch it with your mind entirely turned off, you will have no idea or understanding on just what happens in the ending.

Its a bit deeper than your general run-of-the-mill anime movies and it watches more like you would be reading a book from I.Asimov or A.C.Clarke. While it does have a lot of great quality fast-paced pew pews, awesome music score and millions upon millions of big damn heroes moments and crowning moments of awesome, the overall plot expects the viewer, that is, you to understand and interpret on what happened and why it happened and entirety of the ending is portrayed through symbolism instead of words :)

The movie wad great. Those main battle where humanity fought itself was good at first but Gundam 00 was to have humanity to unite to end war which it mostly up to 90% did. Celestial Being took the role of guardian so no more major conflicts would happen and snuff out these minor acts. Humanity needed to leave their cradle earth and start to travel to space. That is what Char wanted in Char's counter attack for humanity to let the earth heal. So this is the world that the universal century wanted where humanity cam finally understand each other.

I like plots where one guy kills everyone else too!

This just needs a epilogue.

To say this movie belongs in the same sentence as Asimov or Clark...
