I'm the same way. I read the manga after I heard about the anime, partially because it is in the same magazine as my favorite manga/anime Oh/Ah My Goddess, but also because I like to preview things to see if they will be OK for my teenage son to watch. (MGX is a bit on the iffy side there... I let him watch some, but told him he needed to not watch the end of the Cultural Festival arc...) Anyway, three days of rather obsessive manga reading later I was eagerly awaiting the next chapter!

I started the "Mysterious Girlfriend X Anime" club here on MAL (http://myanimelist.net/clubs.php?cid=30919) and have posted a lot of stuff there, particularly about how the adaptation from the manga was done. There is also an older "Mysterious Girlfriend X Fanclub" (http://myanimelist.net/clubs.php?cid=8967) that is a manga based fan club that I am active in. (I cross posted most of my comments about the adaptation there.) I expect that the manga club will be the more active of the two until there is more anime to talk about, or at least until Sentai Filmworks releases the show on home video.

In my opinion, the relationship development in MGX is one of the absolutely finest romantic story-lines in manga or anime, and Urabe is one of the best characters ever written! :)

Maybe your review on Medeka Box wasn't long but indeed all the things you have said matched my point of view .

Reviews are opinions that go into detail and analyze why you think what you believe, instead of just putting it down. An example is giving a damn example.

You're deciding the quality of the show by two episodes, which to be honest, I think you're right. The first part of Medaka Box is mediocre at best.The Medaka manga doesn't become even okay until chapter 50 or so. But you started talking about it like it was a Gainax original by comparing it to TTGL and PSWG. Which is the completely worst way to go about it.

Next time you review; make it longer than my thumb, and at least clarify on the details. What you wrote was a short opinion, not a review.

It's one of the worst shows i have ever seen in my life, but the fanbase is even worst than the anime.

Yeah, you might as well lol. A lot of people argue that Turn A is the strongest Gundam in the U.C. universe. You'll probably see why in the final battle. It's a pretty cool ability, but I still don't like how Turn A looks though.

Saw your post in the thread of the MSG Club, how you liking Turn A? That series takes a while for it to get the ball rolling. The show spends a great deal of time setting the stage and political situation. The good mech fights dont come until like the later half of the series.

Turn A was alright, but it wasn't extraordinary for me.
