| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Well, we finally have a Mimi chapter after a long while. So it starts off with Mimi being groped by a chikan on the train, and with her mother puts the blame on her because of how she supposedly looks. So the next day she wears jeans, yet she's approached yet again, but this time by a magazine rep scouting for one-day models. However, they said she needs to bring a guardian along, and of course since she can't ask her mother, she goes to Aoki instead. Aoki is of course against it, thinking they'll be make her wear string bikinis or something. But Mimi fires her deadly weepy moe beam on Aoki, and he consents. Next day, Aoki comes along as Mimi's "brother" (looking more like her pimp), and he's so protective that he even stays with Mimi in the dressing room (yes, he gets, uh, red-faced, when Mimi takes off her clothes while he had his back turned.) B story, Shirai is waiting on a date with Oyajima. She thinks about how she can't relate with people because she didn't get any love from her parents. Then she thinks back to when Aoki tells Reiji that an adult is someone who provides. She then comes upon the realization that in order to become a functioning adult, she must escape from the person that wasn't loved and learn to start loving others. Back to the A story, the photo shoot is over and Mimi is walking home with Aoki still in her clothes and make-up she wore during the session. Unfortunately, while Kuro was waiting on a dinner date with her mom, she sees Aoki but doesn't recognize Mimi. So she takes some photo evidence with her cellphone and the next day accuses Aoki of not actually being a virgin (in front of Houin XD). At first Aoki plays along, saying he didn't say anything since he felt sorry for Kuro, but quickly changed his tune when Rin overhears. Chapter ends with Houin wearing a long-haired wig since looking at the cellphone picture of Aoki with his "girlfriend" made her recall Chika saying her brother likes girls with long hair who look like they need protecting. Well, I dunno, I was kind of expecting more from this chapter because of the wait. especially since the Comic High website said that Rin was going to become even more extreme. But I guess we can't forget the supporting characters and it was a nice to see more character growth in Mimi. Four stars. |

| 5/5 While I wasn't really fond of the shirai-sensei part, the part was Mimi was ADORABLE. And she really looked good (and quite different) in the getup from the shooting. And Rin shoving Aoki's Hand under her Bra in the beginning was lol. Girl goes for it XD |

And look at it this way, when Rin gets more 'extreme' it will probably be part of a story arc, and to make it flow it will be more Rin, however Mimi was long overdue. So by having it before the 'extreme' sotry arc fits nicely imo :D |
| It felt all nice and warm when Mimi was holding on to Aoki, but my favorite part was when Kuro yelled out "YOU'RE NO VIRGIN DAMN IT!" in front of Houin and how Rin got mad at Aoki's come back. |

| Took long enough. This chapter is actually funny though it has some serious touch in it and character development. Still, Mimi's body is too much. Goodness gracious! |
| That was a nice chapter. Mimi-chan was adorable and Aoki did look like a big brother, for once. Love his joke on Houin and Kagami (maybe he was telling her to wake the hell up and make her damn move)! :D LOL on Rin at the beginning and at the end. Aoki: Hell no you aren't my girlfriend! hehe |

| Aside from the nice loli fan-service, they really put to much empathy on the whole parental thing. Why is the parents fault for a kid not having confidence? A parent can only do but so much for a child. Forcing them to grow a spine isn't one of them. |

| Mimi really started to grow on me. She's definitely the most relatable of the kids, and her character development seems very natural. Plus she's really pretty! The parts with Kuro and Aoki were funny, and as usual this manga perfectly combines ecchi fanservice, heartwarming moments, serious character drama and hilarious comedy. I am glad I still have plenty of chapters left to read. |
