| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Plot going along well... More characters and more awesome, as always. Tsumugi's hair color seems to have changed since the last episode's next time clips, lol. This, plus recycled frames, makes me think the show's budget is shot, but most anime drop in quality during about the first quater, so I rekon it'll pick up later when the bigger battles start. That said, I'm not saying this episode was poorly animated, no sireee. |
| You must be looking wrongly, this episode was quite nice looking save for a few minor weird shots, its certainly better than last week and the week before. |

| I'm talking in terms of animation (movement), not artwork (still images), and I could point out the examples, but yeah, this show still looks great, of course. Basically, they used a lot of cost-cutting in this episode's battle. That's not to say it wasn't EPIC, because it was, and this stuff is something most people won't notice- I just happen to be paying closer attention than most people. That, and I didn't want to give away spoilers, so I gave an economics lecture instead, xD |
| I admit, being the immense fan I am for the Silver Shooting Star (Ibis), this earns an automatic 5/5 for me because she was animated for more than 1 minute... Wish the art was done like the 2007 anime and that they kept Ibis' black/purple sideburns, but it looks like they'll do her entire side arc, making me one happy fan. Again, although the rest of the episode was irrelevant for me, it was quite good. Wish they'd get to making the SRW team look alright though |

I don't think they ever mention it in the 1st season or the game, but either way, all it is is the stuff the Grungusts (exclusively) are made of. Irm's surprised because he thinks that mech is using stolen Grungust tech, hence the talk about security leaks. |
| A pretty good episode. I like how they put enough foreshadowing about Arado without screaming he survived. |
