| I don't care how old this show is: I have a few things to say and I'm going to say them. There was a lot of backstory thrown up in the first episode. I almost feel as if they were too rushed in this episode... and I don't know how that's possible... it was long and they cut out the ending song, putting the opening first. They probably should have waited to introduce the character who was at the cafe watching the school... though for all I know now that's an important scene (though I will forever doubt it). Other than that, this is beautiful. The writing is very shoujo, but that's to be expected in this type of story. What was beautiful was the art, especially while Orpheus and Lui were dueling. The watercolor background will definitely stick in my mind. |
