Epic duel. Although Harald should have used Thor's effect and steal Shooting Star Dragon's effect. Imagine Thor attacking 5 times in a turn. o.0

what i question was that since Harold declared an attack, im assuming its the battle phase, couldnt he just use Lokis effect to negate the last trap card.
If your going to complain that Yu-Gi-Oh! Mangas are on the top NY times manga best sellers, you must not realize how popular Card games are(as well as the fact that you get a free card).

Eye of odin (that trap card Yusei copied) negates the effects of the gods.

Another predictable episode, where Yusei would win.
Go on. The next episode doesn't seems to have a duel, but rather some conversation.
Hopefully it will progress in the story.

a bit too rush but awesome nevertheless.

i read Carly's voice change to Aki Kanada.

that sucks i always like carly's voice(Li-Mei Chiang) hopefully it's the same in the next episode.

Good lord, the way Yusei won this duel was absolutely stunning! He really pwned Harald there! Manly tears have been shed from how Yusei won that epic riding duel.

And that Clear Mind music definitely rocks! I love listening to it. :')

It was hard to get into the duel, or be worried about the 3 God's annoying abilities, when you know team Ragnarok was going to lose. This kind of stuff usually doesn't bother me, but that was awful. Crow vs Brave was the only thing I really enjoyed .-. Well there were some exciting parts at the end of Yusei's duel too.

But anyway, moving on~~~

It was an amazing battle, even though like in many anime it's already clear who will win in a battle (since it's the MC after all)

I think these gods were OP as hell. Yusei was able to turn things around. Funny how there were at least 2 other situations where Yusei would've won if only one of the god's effects didn't exist.

yes but tbf Harald didn't know the effects of the last trap yusei activated and had game on board so he went for it but got jebaited i mean you can't end your turn when you can win right there.

anyways amazing duel.

The insert song is still hype. I didn't like this duel as much as the duel against team Taiyo, but the God cards were pretty cool and team Ragnarok as well. Wonder if they will come in Clutch later.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

The animation when Shooting Star Dragon attacked the Aesir gods was really amazing. The whole episode had great animation overall and Yusei's strategy made a lot of sense so it didn't feel cheap when he won since it was clever of him to use Zero Force along with Shooting Star Dragon's banishing effect. Also it was funny that Harald's Fenrir and serpent monster actually helped Yusei make a comeback.

Well, Yusei won. But, I feel like Yusei vs Harald was the weakest of the Team Ragnarok matches. I was a little more invested during the Jack & Crow segments.

I kind of wish Yusei had just drawn 4 Tuner Monsters and finished Harald during the same turn he attacked the Nordic Gods.

Epic match. Any bad moves woulda got yusei defeated. A quick match is realistic rather than a long 3 episodes duel because these two duelist are mega pros. They want to finish the duel asap.

So uh basically Godeyeball card (odins eye) was reflected by a mirror so it was canceled or something. and yusei used a card which lowers the opponents monsters to 0 attack which allowed him to survive the 🎷horn Ragorak card that blows up the god cards and the damage deal is equal to the gods attack (now at 0) so yusei lived and and then they died.
and yusei got a chance there to strike while they were all gone (they weren't coming back because they are removed from the game via the horn).
if i understood correctly ^ that's what basically happened i guess.
since it was all happening so fast i don't think you can really make good choices if i were in the opposing sides shoes. you don't really have much time to react but i think the loki card coulda stopped it (negates that card that makes them atk0 , and or the mirror card) and thor coulda like stolen the effect of dragon that did the 3 times attack move.

anyways that was a crazy duel. life or death duel in yusei point of view.
there's always a winner and a loser. Yusei needed to go full pro mode there to win that. but it coulda gone either way too if opponent had pick better targets and god effects.

On top of being a 5D (huh!) chess, this is also what the Unicorn match ending should have been. Harald was on edge because Yusei had proven himself to be far too dangerously smart throughout the duel. Harald thought his gods were invincible, and yet Yusei had wiped his board twice and was an inch away from claiming the win both times.

While he could have easily ended his turn and won, he couldn't take the risk of letting Yusei sit on those 2 unknown cards. But his cautiousness IS what led him right into Yusei's trap. It's as much of a mind game victory as an actual one.
