They adapt the LN so no chance especially since it got two manga adaptation ongoing. Season 2 will adapt volume 3-4 of the LN.

I'm pretty sure that under normal circumstances manga will finish adapting volume 4 of LN before anime do, but manga artist is in jail, so we will see how many chapters in reserve she did

@Anakinski she is not in jail it's why square Enix didn't cancel the manga she only go in jail if she commit a crime during her 3 years probation.

No point in reading manga adaptations of light novels in the first place, when you can just read the original which is better and has wayyyyy more content.

Many people misunderstood her punishment but basically she’s just in a 3 year probation and if she breaks the law during that time then she will have to serve her 10 month prison sentence. She still has her job and the manga is not in hiatus

the first season cour adapted vol 1 and the second vol 2.

@thewiru Don't think it's any more dense than most other well written LNs, like Bookworm for example. This is just what happens when an adaptation does the source material justice - which is incredibly rare.

OP: Considering the manga is a monthly release, by the time the anime finishes they'll be around the same point. Either the manga will be wrapping up this arc as well or it will just barely starting the next arc.
