I see all 3 as 10/10, but I mostly think Pokémon: The First Movie was the best mostly due to the 4kids cast. I mostly think the 4kids voices fit the characters better. I didn't grow up with Pokémon and I just got into the franchise mostly because I'm a blood cleansed by the blood of the lamb christian raised by christian parents who at the time thought Pokémon had witchcraft due to it being made in Japan and hearing the rumors. My parents finally learned it was a hoax that they allow me and my brother get into it. I did watch 4kids anime like Sonic X and Kirby Right Back At Ya, so I'm used to some of theses voices, but you gotta remember how iconic they were in the 90's and 2000's. Not only that the pacing and story seems better because we get a better understanding of Mewtwo.

I like Mewtwo Strikes Back, but the voices are terrible and it didn't hit like the original. I did like how it showed a way cooler side to Mewtwo, but other than that it's just a cash grab. It was fun seeing it in 3D, but it still didn't hit me the same as the original.

Detective Pikachu however was a fun movie. It took a risk that no one saw coming. Most people think if the live action Pokémon movie would be based on the first games of at least has a classic Pokémon story. Not only that, but it decided to take the Detective Pikachu game and put the Pokémon: The First Movie plot and smash it together that so it had old and new Pokémon fans in the theater. I thought it was a great movie even though the Mewtwo plot twist is stupid especially if you watch Pokémon: The First Movie it kind of makes it pointless. I did like how a human took over Mewtwo's body making it unstoppable.

In conclusion, I prefer Pokémon: The First Movie if you're wanting my opinion, but I'm curious about y'all's opinions and if you're wondering why I chose theses for the poll is because theses movies have the Mewtwo plot in them.
