Okay, can we just talk about the first episode rq? Yui was trying her absolute hardest to just call Tateishi by his first Name but they can easily make Love with each other? Like I May be wrong on some parts and im not hating on this anime or manga at all, I Love it and its rly sweet but can yall explain how intimate is calling the opposite gender by their first Name in Japanese culture? Is it so intimate to the point that its More intimate than making Love???

Bonus: I probably wrong but, only a day or two passed when they made Love like tf

As much as Westerners refer to each other by given names. At least they're friends. This is just anime thingy.
Help! I need somebody. Help! Not just anybody. Help! You know I need someone. Helpppppp!

It is common in Japan to call each other by family name + honorific title unless they are very close friends. It's their customary to address people by their family name. It's formal and polite in their culture.
Especially with people of the opposite gender, if you call them by their first name it means that you're very very close with them. So, that's why you'll always see people hesitate, shy, or nervous about calling the opposite gender their last name, especially with the one who is your crush or lover.
