manga and anime differences

Couple days back I saw someone mentioning that the new season has skipped something really important in the manga. So this is just a question for manga readers, without spoiling much, can I know if there are any significant changes, or any reworks or any part of the manga that has been skipped over? And if you don't mind, anything in the first two seasons that anime viewers missed?

They skipped some slice of life scenes but the story is unchanged

They changed a scene at the tattoo artist scene. At manga, legoshi gets a tattoo on his shoulder at the days date because he doesn’t know what tttoo to get but wants to listen the guy.

The story is pretty much the same, but they cut some of the smaller details to get more time. The only scenes that outright get cut are some of the slice-of-life and world building stuff. imo both the anime and manga are worth experiencing

The final season is restructuring the story from the manga to make it more concise, but it does follow the same beats. It is however cutting greater in-depth character development, characters, and slice of life stuff, and I expect the second part to change the most, including the ending, because that was when unnecessary plot points and writing issues became apparent. The first season dropped a scene where Louis pulled a gun on Bill,

The second season dropped more, including a childhood flashback to how Legoshi met Jack, and it dropped a scene of Legoshi talking with Jack about calling his grandpa.
