About to watch this. is it best to watch the series and skip the first two movies? or watch the two movies and skip the series? obviously the first two movies have some extra footage. curious as to your thoughts. thanks.

that’s what i figured, thank you. how much “extra footage” was added to the two recap movies? maybe i’ll skim them after i finish the sequel film.

I would probably recommend the TV series + 3rd Movie (Battle of Unato) since they are all the content that is available.

Later you can rewatch the movies to see the difference and added content which doesn't really make that much of a difference.

I personally really enjoyed the show, hope you like it!!

1st and 2nd movies are a TV series recap with some new scenes.

The 3rd movie (Battle of Unato) is the sequel to the TV series.
