Watch Season 4. It’s still a great show. I was turned off by season 4 animation but I got over it pretty quickly considering season 4 jumps right into the action 1st episode.

It is a little jarring with the studio change in the beginning, but you get used to it quickly. The story however is still just as good as the previous seasons so there is absolutely no reason to not watch all of it.

Besides, only people who don't understand the story hate the ending. I personally loved it.

Yes watch season 4 and the rest of it, its the best part of the show literally 10/10 all the way until the end.
Majority of people love the ending and last season so its just the loud minority of like 1% of the fanbase that hates it.

At a guess, the people wishing season 3 was an ending are preferring an idealised version of the show instead of what it actually was. Season 4 is absolutely key, so, yes, watch it.

I've noticed one thing with the shows I followed that ended over time.

Either there is no ending and the story ends completely open, which is often disappointing, but I guess communities can deal with it somewhat better (?)

Shows that do have an ending have it often hyped up into oblivion. It reaches a point where the hype can't be met anymore and people will end up disappointed.
Instead try to think of it like this; Be happy that your favorite show got to have an ending. Because many others don't.

Please watch it. The ending is beautiful even if it isn’t what some people wanted. After you finish, google what the “Original Ending” was supposed to be, and I promise you it’s better than what it could’ve been.

I watched all of attack on titan I would say it’s definitely worth watching . The mappa transition might be a bit hard to get used to at the beginning but I grew to love it. It’s worth it.

You should absolutely watch season 4 and every other season. in my opinion season 4 is the best season of AOT. People slam season 4 because studio mappa took over AOT after season 3 and changed the Titans to mostly CGI. I personally think this isnt much of a problem as it still looks good but there are some people who seem alergic to all CGI. So if you dont have to big a problem with CGI and still want to watch one of the best stories ever writen, then watch season 4

Yes you should, but I'm of the opinion the series starts to decline in quality in the fourth season, the studios changed from WIT to MAPPA and they started using CG animation for a lot of action and while in the final special it looks okay, at the beginning it is VERY jarring and looks noticably worse than in S2 & S3. And while I won't be going on story my only advice is to actually critically observe what you see and if you still enjoy it then cool I'm glad you had a good experience, but I feel like its just a story that doesn't hold up to any kind of scrutiny towards the end.

Just watch it and it will be worth it, this ending haters are just minority, but so damn loud unfortunately. Nevertheless they're irrelevant, more people like S4 and the ending than the ones who hate it, otherwise you'd see how bad the scores or reviews of AoT S4 and the ending were EVERYWHERE, and you'd see MOST OF THEM. But we didn't cuz it's actually good, so, I suggest you to keep continuing your journey.
