| One day, a wounded rabbit demon wandered into the mountain pass. Judging by the sword wounds on its body, it seemed to have been driven out after a fight with its own kind. Opinions among Sakuna and the others were divided on what to do with the rabbit demon, but they decided to treat its wounds and release it. Tama guessed that the demon's appearance might be due to an increase in malevolent energy in the area. So, Sakuna, Kokorowahime, and Ashigumo followed this trail of dark energy to a fortress that had once been a battlefield. |

| Nice action scenes this time. That automaton was cool. Wow. Omizuchi woke up and caused a huge destruction. Quite a shocking cliffhanger. |

| Kokorowa joining Sakuna and the rest to see the rice-planting process, it's all good...but what about a fallen rabbit? The rabbit clearly seen as a demon as everyone debates on how to take care of it when it recovers, but Tama finds it strange that demons are passing through Takeribi's illusion spell, which can only mean that demons are coming around soon, and they should strike first while the iron is hot. And as suspected, they took the bait to face against a horde of demon rabbits, which they split up to both protect the village (Kokorowa) and enter the tower (Sakuna and Ashigumo with Kokorowa's automaton). The reappearance of the Homusubi Specter being slained by the Ashigumo clan in the past, said otter takes care of it, and the coincidence of the also reappearing Ishimaru coming to the Isle of Demons, certainly was revenge forthcoming after Sakuna forced him out of the Bridge of Heaven, forcing her hand to defeat him then and there. And as old enemies come, even the evil god Omizuchi is awakened after he was granted powers from it sharing the same evil naiveté, and things couldn't have spiralled so much out of control without the presence of the humans. It's do-or-die eradicating the demons once and for all. |

| I hate that boss rush, that was hard in the game. This episode be summarized with: Voice of reason "I think we're going to have to kill this guy". Everyone in the end "Damn. Nope." |

| It didn't take long for things to get more tense and serious for Sakuna and the others. Having the heavily injured demon rabbit get through the illusion spell and end up in the pass was one thing, but the constant tremors means that everyone had to get into action. There was lots of action in the second half of the episode as Kokorowa, Ashigumo and Sakuna all had their own respective battles, but it was Sakuna's battle against Ishigami which was the main focus. This battle was pretty good fun to watch, where Sakuna claimed a deserved win, but Ishigami did tell her about the return of an evil god, Omizuchi, was was once defeated in the past. Sadly, with Omizuchi awake and making chaos rain down everywhere, Sakuna returned to find her hone that she shared with everyone destroyed. I do hope that Kokorowa was able to get everyone left behind to safety, but still, things aren't looking good for Sakuna right now. =( |
| I vaguely remember the battle against Ishimaru in the game, but it took me a good while to defeat him. The anime of course made the battle look easy. Final boss draws near, let's see how this concludes in 4 more episodes. I see in the episode preview the presence of Aphids, this could be fun xD |

| The battle against Ishimaru had some stunning visuals (I can't get enought of that deep dawn red in the sky) and camerawork. The combat choreography was also great and wonderfully showcased just how much Sakuna has grown as a fighter. Can't wait for the next episode. |

| Kokorowa is a great addition to the team. With her inventions she made those works a bit easier. Alot of action and quality fights took placed this episode. Not a big fan of cliffhangers.But we need to wait for it untill next week.:( |

| Kokorowa always proving her worth but everything went wrong after showing some mercy. |
| The ending was shocking. I assume Kokorowa guided them all to safety. Didn't expect Ishimaru to come back, but it made for a cool boss battle |
