| The rice that Sakuna and her companions made, named Amahoho, had become famous even in the capital. However, one day, a guardian deity named Semorigami appeared at the mountain pass, declaring that Amahoho was a dangerous rice that could deceive people and had been banned from distribution. Suspecting that someone had tampered with the rice to tarnish its reputation, Sakuna and her companions learn that Kokorowahime is being accused of the crime. Refusing to believe this, Sakuna returns to the capital to uncover the true culprit. |

| This was quite a dramatic episode. Things got very spicy between Sakuna and Kokorowa. Well, I'm glad they made up. However, Kamuhitsuki wasn't too happy about the whole incident. Now those two have to complete their mission so they can go back to the capital. Good luck! |

| Very dramatic episode indeed. As you all know what happened, let's go straight into my reactions. I love the bond between between those two from the start.And episodes like this one makes it even stronger. Glad that they are now together in this mission and I hope Kokorowa can be a huge help for them. Sakuna is indeed a great written character fs. |

| This episode is that, how you begin and then end a stealth mission. Yep. I still love Kokorowa. That whole part in the game is a pain. When the villain begin to do a monologue but the time doesn't stop. |

| I assume the "bas" rice was some sort of drug. Kokorowa was being so petty but I kinda get it why she would have held some resentment over Sakuna. At least they made up. |

| Hmm...having played the game way before this anime came out, I must say, even though the drama between Sakuna and Kokorowa was spot on, the game did a far better job in both emotions and explore a tiny bit of Lady Kamuhitsuki's slight cruel side (Kokorowa nearly got a death penalty!!) and her slight insecurities as the all-powerful presence. Sakuna had a way more dramatic tearful moment in the game. The major difference though, is Sakuna in the anime was banished forever from the capital, while in the game she was praised for her concern of her friend by Kamuhitsuki and allowed to return and stay in the capital as Sakuna pleases, i.e. she can travel to the Isle of Demons and back to the capital as many times as she likes. | I am very close to switching my 9 rating to a 10 for this anime, I just enjoy every moment of it. Sakuna's character development is amazing and always feels satisfying when remembering how her new friends and rice growing journey has allowed her to make that growth. The conclusion to the episode was great, I was a little bit worried for a moment that Lady Kamuhitsuki's decisions would make little sense like "I know who the culprit was but I will let this other person take blame and ruin their life" but that was not her final judgement at all, it seemed like she was testing them both to see if they had learnt anything and could become stronger friends through this experience. Love this show. |

| I was disappointed in Kokorowa for wanting to sabotage Sakuna's rice this way, due to her jealousy and resentment of being in Sakuna's shadow. It was amusingly ironic that she would set fire to the rice and cause an explosion due to her clumsiness, which was a throwback to how Sakuna did something similar in episode 1. Despite that, I'm happy that Kokorowa is joining Sakuna in heading to the Isle of Demons to help with the mission. If they succeed, then the pair will be allowed back to the capital. The pair were able to make up in the end, which was nice. =) Overall, this episode was one of the betters ones, where there was some good character development for Sakuna and Kokorowa. I do look forward to seeing Kokorowa helping out a lot more now. |

| To say that the Amahoho rice that Semorigami sent to Sakuna and the others being called "dangerous", it definitely sounds suspicious, but unbelievable, that Kokorowa would be the culprit responsible for this. Sakuna scurries to the capital, but without Kamuhitsuki's permission, she can only hide and fight her way through back and hell to reach her close friend to get to the truth. Needless to say, Kokorowa couldn't hide her truth any longer, forcing Sakuna to take action against the automatons she summoned against her, thereby revealing the disposition between both goddesses, but other than the joke that the dangerous rice got exploded into a good one, Sakuna was willing to bear the crimes of her close friend that's enough to banish her from the capital forever, showing the care that Sakuna still has for Kokorowa despite who she is, and in return, the latter joining the former to the Isle of Demons to complete her mission, their friendship comes into a head together, renewed and restored. One of the better episodes, and I might say that this conflict is the best episode thus far, straight and simple to the point. |

| Man I love this anime so much. Sakuna and Kokorowa's friendship is too precious. I had a feeling Kamuhitsuki didn't really mean to just banish Sakuna forever and the end confirmed it, Kokorowa is a welcome addition to the main cast on the island now |
| Maybe it's just because I'm aware of the fact but this really felt like a video game event. |
