Small curiosity: they somewhat managed to recovered from straying away from the source material in the first parts? It’s been faithful to manga in the latter seasons?

@DoctorWho4224 so they recovered the skipped stuff and the added stuff doesn't really change the series much?

Season 2 wrote the story so it erased the extra episodes from happening. The first episode of season 2 starts right after the last manga adapted episode of season 1.

The viewing order of the series for all canon material is:

Season 1 Episode 1-16

Season 2 and onwards

Season 1 Episode 17-25 are non canon and erased from having taken place in the anime.

I still recommend people read the manga however as the anime doesn’t cover everything but follows the story pretty well

Season 3 also cut a arc (which was admittedly very small), but it doesn’t really affect anything.

it was caught up to the manga that's why season 1 was anime original toward the later half of season 1

episode 16 is up to a certain point or episode 17 then it's anime original

I couldn’t remember if it’s 16/17. 17 I think has some but it’s mostly non canon
