"Because of the Olympics" could be "because the Olympics are airing" and at the same time Not mean "to air the Olympics".

Programming and counter programming seek to get the best audience for your show/movie so they may just feel enough people would miss the episodes anyway due to Olympics that it's better to air it later, but they don't have the rights to air the Olympics.
