| Yeah humanity is cooked... Mina alone is a lovely companion to have, but those who are looking for a complete human replacement would find that Super Mina would be just perfect. AI robots wouldn't need to utterly destroy humankind by violence, simply subduing our instinct to reproduce with another human and enslave our hearts with their artificial compassion is enough to satiate one's needs completely. A classic anime beach episode, though this iteration is exceptionally enjoyable! Unless you'd count seeing the female robots and Akari as 'fan service' the only real fanservice was when Mina groped Akari's oppai, which meant that the fan service in this beach episode is not of the lewd kind nope it's not... But from more compassionate interactions between the characters. I thought that when Akari saw Takuma hanging out with the Super Mina she'd misunderstood Takuma's intention leading to Mina being disappointed that Takuma took interest in her Superior model, but I'm so glad that never came to be. In fact, it ended up turning into a wholesome birth of new friendships. It's great that Mina herself doesn't innately feel inferior compared to Super Mina, it's also great that Super Mina herself is static to see another Mina model beside herself. When that rich little brat apologized after insulting Mina, she took it like a champ. "It will take more than something done by you to upset me." That line was cold, if Mina has any ego at all, this statement was an ego-boost. I should've realized that the 128GB SD card was Mina's POV picture of Takuma, welp... Karma served Akari immediately for forgetting about Mina's precious backup, lol. What a wonderful episode, the ep began with Takuma and Mina cuddling under the futon at Takuma's request and it ended in the same way albeit with Mina doing it willingly. I'm loving these incremental development from Mina. She's so sweet, seeing her smile would be euphoric. |
