| Seven Days Clergy was only the pest of the week hahaha Funny that they could not anticipate Diablo being far superior, I mean they could not anticipate what Rimuru could do. Diablo though developed no new skill, but could massacre those fools without a trace left. Would be better for any human faction not to turn against Tempest again. The grandpa and the kid won't be the new top villains I hope |

| The peace has been restored once again and everything has been fixed. All misunderstandings etc. Everyone was having a nice time during the ED sequence. It was pretty cute to see. Hinata is alive and we also got to see her side of backstory as well. |

| LOL, so they just killed off all the [7days] (which hilariously... is suppose to be made up of the 7 most powerful human magicians in the world...) Huh... Raph is such a troll, hehe, "I made a backup" "want to use ultimate defense?" LOOOL . Also... Shion's skill can pretty much overwrite anything huh... if she wanted to, she can probably even overwrite Life or Death itself... meaning Shion in a way, is stronger than anyone in this entire series. I also laughed at Hinata awaking only to find Rimuru staring at her. "You were just too beautiful"... huh... so Hinata's Rimuru's "type"?... hmm... . LOL @ Veldora getting smacked by Lumi. TBH, I won't mind getting hugged by Lumi even if she shocks me. . Also, NICE BATH SCENE at the end credits. . (But still tho, this would have all been avoided if Lumi had actually talked to Hinata and her followers about Rimuru not being a bad slime...) (also wondering with how much stuff Rimuru's Beelzebub has consumed, where what he consume becomes part of Rimuru's power, how has Rimuru not obtained any sort of "Holy Skills"?) |

| So Hinata did actually die... but not for long since holy magic was able to revert the process. Should have seen that one coming along with some flashback about how her story began. In any case, Seven Days is so done is not even funny how short the fight ended up being. SO much for the villain of the season. Unless... Welp, this show now will do what it does best after a fight: party, onsen, good food and slice of episodes... yay I guess. |

| So all that build up, showing the Seven Days to be a threat manipulating everything behind the scenes to having them show up, be a typical overconfident band of villains and get pasted in a single episode? Really!? Is there anything out there that is a legitimate threat to Rimiru!? It feels that anytime something looks like it has a chance of doing anything to him, Raphael asspulls Deus Ex Machina powers out of her ass at the last moment. I have no doubt now we've had our couple of episodes of action, it will be back to the meeting tables for at least the next month. Can't say I'm looking forward to that. |

| I think it's safe to assume that since her very 1st introduction, everyone watching this hated Hinata, at least I did, that's why I'm so amazed with how she has developed this couple of episodes, THIS is how you fix a character and make him/her likable. Valentine too, I want her to be all buddy-buddy with Rimuru too, like Milim, that would be really funny and nice to see lol |

| Woah, Seven Days Clergy ended up being way more lame than I expected. Tensura once again sucking at presenting decent antagonists but well... at least the buildup from previous episodes and following action were quite enjoyable. |
| I liked the story of this arc... but I wish it took 5 episodes, not 10. At least those scenes during credits made me happy :D |
| The appearance of Lubelius's Seven Days Clergy definitely revealed who is friend or foe, and Rimuru finds himself in the know that the cult group has them all surrounded. The decision to kill is NOW. It's an all-out war, and while Raphael definitely has surprises for Rimuru in store, against a Demon Lord like Rimuru, she has got his backup perfectly set up to push his ultimate attacks against the group...which is led by Demon Lord "Luminus" Valentine. Meanwhile, Diablo facing 3 of the cult's members with the journalists onboard of the truth, and even the manipulation to let the champion king Youm ascend the throne, no one stands beyond his control. Valentine being the middleman of both Demon Lord and holy God, she's truly a divine miracle. But Hinata's backstory, while bleak and blessed with powers like Rimuru and the coincidental meet with Shizue when she first surfaced onto the fantasy world, came rather late at this stage of the game, and feels like subterfuge being written into the story at the worst possible time. With the Clergy executed both inside and outside, the Rozzo family has failed this one time, and must plan their next against Rimuru. Too bad that Veldora couldn't have his time facing evil, but faces Valentine who's awaited to deal with him for the longest time. Even the Storm Dragon has enemies too. |

| The production quality was far higher than this series known run. Everything from inventive usage of color shifts. To the absences of during a spell execution. Ie Diablo's gravity purgatory animation sequence. Normally here, we would find a sub par couple of seconds. Possibly a flashing screen with a singular color. To designate a large amount of mass and then red for blood spurts if that. Instead we got probably one of the legitimately best sequences in all the aired episodes. That extended to the animations of other spells firing. Ie the tornado motions, and Megumin-esque Holy Spells cast by many. Even Rimuru's consume ability actually showed angles and had defined directional edging. Which usually hasn't been the case at all. When this amount of effort is presented across the entire episode. It is really noticeable to the viewer. I understand how few scenes get even passable animation. So I overlook it for a shonen type series as this. No different than most of the others. Who's anime adaptations are known for adapting everything. At cost to a director's ability to guide the text or print. Into the best context it can be. So getting to see this here. Had me smiling the whole way. As I've read the sources. I know what a good team can do with enough time to this series. Simply because of the massive scope of its own extant past. I hope that this sets the status quo. For every single episode moving forward. Good job to whoever handled this episode in the above mentioned producers chair/directors level. You left a high bar that I hope you continue to fill. |

| Hinata's had it rough in japan. I think she got a better deal in her new world. Well, if you ignore all the attempts on her life at least! For all their scheming the Seven Days Clergy sure got packed up and tied in a pretty bow. Serves them right. |

| Well, at least the seven days clergy guys are gone but I found it strange how they went off on their own and for some reason thought killing Hinata would be ok by Valentine. Now I'm curious if Valentine and Rimuru will work together or at the very least stay out of each others way. |
| Great, I hated everything about this episode. From Diablo using the most boring spell to kill his opponents to Rimuru doing literally nothing the whole episode to Veldora letting himself getting bullied by that vampire bitch for no reason at all. And that was supposed to be the payoff of the first 8 episodes of setup? And it seems next episode we'll go back to more talking? Horrible, what the fuck happened to this show? |

| I don't think this is the entire payoff for the first 8 episodes of setup. In one of those meetings episodes, they established that there likely wasn't one bad guy, but rather that there were several competing interests that just happened to align in a bad way for Rimuru and his kingdom. In other words, that particular meeting very clearly foreshadowed that just defeating the seven clergy wouldn't be enough. It will be interesting to go back and rewatch those meetings episodes after this is all concluded. |

| I wish the battles with the Seven Days Clergy was longer but in the face of their God who's also a Demon Lord to the shock of some she was merciful, and in the face of Diablo...well they got literally magically crushed. So the old fart from this mysterious family was one of the Seven Day Clergy even after Niclaus one-shot him with disposable disintegration spell. Who the eff is this family anyway? Yes, you need more sit-down time with Raphael, your upgraded magical AI with it's own unique personality probably has more capabilities you weren't aware of still. |

| Not bad fight scene, 7 Sage really useless in the end. Now Rimuru completely unlocked new skill or he can make one with help from Raphael-sensei. What a good arc to be honest even they are many conversation. Hinata shy expression is priceless, Rimuru was right she is innocent on the other side. Just go dating both of you. Goddess who ressurection Hinata life is really great. She shouldn't be a demon king didn't fit to her. Look they are happily together after all the messed up condition. Festival incoming, can't wait for it. |

| Alright then its time, finally, the beauty demon lord God Luminous Valentine arrived at the scene. Crazy how she execute her old dudes Seven-Days with gentle but deadly Death Blessing, or whatever. But here comes all misunderstanding getting clarified with another gentle hug right through the storm dragon body. I may need some more context of their past. But, eh? Consider it for mayhaps another side story or whatever ova next. So yeah, the end of conflict and the peak of this western province disturbance arc, i guess.... |

| Another one in demon lord rimuru's harem, hinata with her open underboob scene was hot but her blushing face and teasing rimuru was the best part of this episode. Rimuru is right on money when he said that hinata have different side cause she's so cute, def a wife material for our slime boy. While tempest now going for proper diplomatic relation with the holy lubelius empire of the west, there're still pest exists who will cause problem in the future like those rosso family, especially that blonde loli who call herself maribel of greed |
| If you want a recommendation similar to the Slime anime it would be 'Reincarnated as a Sword'... I watched it. I liked it. Decided to compare the current season of Slime and Sword. Watched a few episodes again. How much better is 'Reincarnated as a Sword'... More action, no office dialogue... Even the animation is better... Slime has completely fell off. I'll rewatch the rest of the season, of course. But something looks like the author got lazy. If you haven't seen 'Reincarnated as a Sword', I recommend it. I hope they make a few more seasons of Fran's adventures. |

| Raphael is going to get a good talking from Rimuru after all she did since the duel with Hinata. Elsewhere, Diablo protects the reporters and asks them to reveal the truth. In exchange for his life, the pathetic new king announces Youm as his successor, and yay, that’s what I was waiting for. This news will also get reported. Hehe, Diablo’s first named move I guess, Despair Time. So cool. Valentine showed up as the God Luminous, and Rimuru suggested speaking about partnership. Mariabell is shown again, and she seems to be the next antagonist, after the principal guy. Valentine vents out all her frustrations on Veldora, and damn, it’s funny. |

| Diablo part was way better than Rimuru part. Shion again surprises.. Somehow she became strongest of their kin ;o and we get back to boring talking few episodes before next culmination ;/ season 2 was way better so far.. |
