Light spoilers for episode 20:

So while I was watching this last week I was wondering. Does the Mangaka and Spider Enemy remind anyone else of Rohan Kishibe? I was just thinking the spider has his stand ability and also it’s a spider, which is a reference to the one that Rohan killed during his introduction in part 4. Also although it’s not the spider, in the same episode we meet the crazy manga artist that has powers by drawing with a brush in the air and hurt the spider. I’m pretty convinced the Undead Unluck mangaka was influenced by JoJo, but what do you think? And if you agree can you think of more examples?

almost certainly not. If the author wanted to make a reference, they'd have one of character do a quote, or they'd have drawn in araki's artstyle. This is creative coincidence at best. Or would you argue, that harry potter is a reference to Lord of the rings, because it's about wizards?

Wizards is a general power is multiple media’s, a crazy mangaka that uses the power of drawing things into reality and cuts a spiders leg off in his introduction episode is a bit more specific. Not to mention in that same episode they turn a character into readable text.
