New viewers should wait for the blu-rays instead of this censored mess.

It's not just slight censorship or strategically animated to censor, they literally just throw on a giant multi-colored blur filter on half the screen. It looks terrible.

I doubt Blu-ray will change much. Nipples are already there and Blu-rays don't usually add additional scenes. Maybe with director's cut edition like Immoral Guild had?

blurays are not guaranteed to be more uncensored this days sadly as i heard some recent bluray releases still have censorships

it's not censored on I believe hidive, and you can watch it uncensored on all not exactly legal sites

Blu-rays are the physical version of the Anime (in cd format) that release after the anime finishes airing and they often have some corrections in some scenes. In the case of ecchi Animes, they are often used to remove the censorship to improve the sales
However, chained soldier already releases the uncensored version in the TV, so the blu-ray most likely won't have anything new

It's not censored already and I doubt they will include new scenes with the BDs. I mean it's possible, other shows did it before, but I just don't assume it will happen here.

Lol, all these people going "but it's already uncensored" are clearly anime onlies and have no idea how censored the anime is compared to the manga.

Also, don't wait for the blurays, nothing will change. The trend with bluray releases for anime these days is to do no changes at all and just have them remain censored. Just look what they did to Goddess Cafe Terrace. The only time waiting for the blurays is worth it is when they specifically announce them to have changes before the anime even begins airing. Nothing of that sort was advertised for Mato Seihei no Slave. This anime is a censored mess which will unfortunately remain this way.
