Anyone know if this is a sequel to the main series or one of the other movies or if it a stand-alone?

I've really liked some of the other City Hunter movies but when i tried watching the seires didn't enjoy it as much, so really hope i don't need to watch all 100+ eps to understand what goes on in this 🤞
