| I love trash Isekai, but this one its episode one is boring. Most Trash Isekai will introduce its main gimmick at episode 1 and if you love the genre it will help you get hook in the series. BUT this one its episode 1 is so boring its basically the MC kill a slime and thats it! Its episode 1 can rival the infamous episode 1 of Lucky Star! |
| Trust. the battles get more insane, and the MC starts to get known as a Battle Junky. The only reason some people regard this as a trash isekai is because the CGI for some fights are pretty shit. But the plot itself is decent. Wait till episode 3. If you still hate it, then give up there. |

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.  |

Or take a look at episode 11 again near the end, during the Rank S Promotion exam. In both cases the CGI either ruins the fluid movement of the scene or is just unappealing to look at. I like Black Summoner and quite frankly hope for a Season 2. But preferably they remove most of the CGI and replace it with proper animation. |

And the final aerial fight for the S-Rank promotion exam reminds me of Macross with the Itano Circus (lol and behold, Satelight) And you're really underrating it if you're comparing it to Berserk of all things. You're probably not used to how smooth it is. Next, you're gonna say Girls und Panzer is bad CGI as well? Or perhaps Attack on Titan is bad CGI as well? I'm not into sh*t shows so I haven't watched Girls & Panzer, and I don't think I've ever heard anyone complain about Attack on Titan CGI. So I don't know why you're making up information? all I said was the CGI ruined the scene, and as shown by other forums, this is a popular opinion. |
