| Natsuko let Kazunari poison her without him realizing it and he thought he is giving her a pain killer pill and she died, the order #10 was that the last survivor(Kazunari) may continue the king's game or he will be punished, He gave up on living because he don't have any purpose to live now that Natsuko is dead so he tried to kill himself many times but it failed Kazunari think that maybe this is a message from Natsuko that says "not yet". He then continue on living and the doctors say that maybe the virus is dead so he can continue living and Kazunari lived and got a job and met someone that found a place in his heart and married her and he have now twin girls one with the name Chiemi and the second one with the name of his first love Natsuko, but in the end one of his daughters received an email saying the king's game.(and the king's game begins again)(not again because they released the king's game first with the story of both sisters then this one so yeah). So the king's game never ends?? |

| Yeah but this is prequel. Then you have Nobuaki 1st game (with Chiemi) , Nobuaki 2nd game (with Natsuko), a ten Natsuko game (this was manga), one more manga (if I remember correctly) and then should be some LN, one or two. |
