What are the chances of getting a season 2?

It seems to me that the series is distributed in the West by VIZ Media. Can they push the production committee to produce a season 2 ? And there's still plenty of material to adapt.

Very unlikely since all the problems with the production and if you check the manga sales they haven’t gone up that much since anime released.

wtf is it even a question, it must be. it was popular and hyped plus its really good. There is no doubt there will be more , even if its not soon in future for sure.

I don't feel like there will be a second season. It seemed like they wrapped it up in the epilogue with them traveling north. All those scenes and stops were probably material for future episodes that will never get created now.

Idunno what the situation with the manga is, but the anime I feel like probably surpassed expectations. I reckon we will likely see a S2. But ofc I can't be certain.

I really hope so! but unless the manga sales go up it's unlikely, especially with the hiatus. so all I can say is if you're able to support the manga and we might see it.

Personally, I don't think this season ended good enough to leave it at only one season...

yes, for everyone who has been with this show from the first episode release (me included🤚) you know that it has had its problems as far as on the production end, but the series itself has been awesome.
it definitely deserves a second season in my opinion.

though the manga sales haven't increased much since the start of the adaptation, that isn't entirely to say that it won't get a second season... it just might mean that it will be a couple years before we do ...

look at series like Attack on Titan, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Chainsaw Man... even with how big these shows are, it still took a couple years to get the second seasons out for them.... (Chainsaw Man's is set to release in 2024)

long story short. though we haven't got a confirmation of a second season for Zom 100, that is not to say that we will not get one.
it really was a great show that got lots of popularity. and with there still being lots of original material still available, a second season is not out of the question.

(of course, this is all just my opinion)

Given the ending it clearly hints at where the characters are headed next. I don't think we'll get an announcement anytime soon but the Anime roughly covers 5 1/2 volumes of the Manga out of 15. So there's plenty of material to work with. Given the delays and issues with production and the fact Bug Films is a presumably newly established studio I think the animators need a break. I loved this Anime though so I really want another season. The first season isn't enough, it leaves me hungry for more.

I'd say not for at least another 2 yrs or smth the animators were probably rushes making this season so they prob gonna need like a year to announce it then another year of waiting

Even if the anime didnt boost the manga sales, I think that Netflix would be very interested in getting this series as exclusive, if everybody else drops all hope for it.

I read a little bit of the manga throughout watching the series and it's great

I won't be pressed if it doesn't get anime adaptation since the source material is enough to scratch my itch
