| This is my first Satoru Noda manga, but it's already hooked me. Chap 1 was endearing and ridiculous, and I'm so here for all the deus ex machina figure skating moves showing up in hockey! (At least, that's what the series is looking to pan out to. How on earth did Rou even do a jump to dodge Genma's stick?! It looked like a lutz from the edge too, which is one of the most difficult jumps in the sport...) Anyway as a figure skater and hockey fan this is SO up my alley. Very excited for the chapters to come!! |

Yeah I really enjoyed this first chapter, I never read Supinamarada! due to the translation stopping halfway through, so I’m glad he’s revisiting it but giving us something new. It’s such a nice blend of sports, and there’s a severe lack of hockey manga/anime, so I’m glad he’s delivering. I highly recommend Golden Kamuy tho, it’s phenomenal. |
| This was an amazing firs chapter. It put a smile on my face several times. Having a main character as spectacular and dramatic as Rou is going to be a lot of fun. Haruna is a vibe and that stray Ogata in the back was a nice little cherry on top. I should've started this sooner it looks like a lot of fun. |
