YES. Gigguk has always been considered a connoisseur. But with this video he has nailed the shit of it.

His point of view is so raw and pretty much generic this time around which has helped people understand what Eminence in Shadow brings to us normal people.

This anime is crazy and I'm all up for it

I have a friend who's not really into isekais. they did watch a couple shows because I persuaded them, but when I was describing this show to them, the look they gave me made me question why I even exist. Yeah!! its pretty hard to explain this series to people without getting that stare from them that makes you feel so stupid of yourself.

Because it pretty much is. You can add "It's kind of a satire, as the show is pretty self aware of how overly edgy it is", but it's still pretty generic.

He is not good , but he isnt bad person either, he love to fight more than anything (goku kinda of thing). Does things just for fun, but cant qualify him as romance person, more like person who like to be center of attention, but still hidin his identity. He doesnt like normal quiet life for sure and when he is shadow he does that cringy superhero stuff and sentences. Still its somehow fun to watch him.

Strong hallucinating MC who thinks he is fighting a non existing enemy (when they exist) plus he is craving for power more and more. Also i think the only person in anime history who tried and succeeded in Isekai himself by jumping in front of truck kin on purpose ( and no he didn't jumped because he wanted to save anyone like Rudeus from Mushoko Tensei, he wanted magic or some crazy power which his earth didn't have lol haha)

Is it all as cringe as the first episode? It seems like instead of getting over the cringe and on to some story, they just double (triple?) down on the cringe and forget the story...
