heard that tengoku is heavily rushed/skipped tho I didn't find any problem with narrative as such but if possible can any MANGA READER can tell me what significant things are there that I need to know, so that I can jump on manga.

The season adapted up to chapter 37(to the end of volume 6). So start from chapter 38( volume7)

To be honest, They almost didn't cut anything, the only thing they had to cut was chapter 32, and that's because of the presence of r*pe scene. That's the only reason, but on the whole, nothing important has been cut from manga

They didn't cut that scene either, only showed it dofferently than manga did. There's still r*pe happening and the dialogue is basically the same

Why don't you just... read the manga? There is some skipped content and scenes are done in a different order, but it's pretty much the same. Either way, just read it and your problem will be solved without having to ask anyone else to tell you what you may have missed.

Well even having watched the whole season, you probably missed 50% of the details because we can't be as concentrated watching the anime because of all the stimuli that take place (voices, music, direction etc.). So reading the manga from chapter 1 is probably the best way to go not only to see what they skipped but also all that you missed.
It's nothing like a "waste".

there are some skipped pages in the last episode, so I would recommend to start at chapter 34

I would recommend starting from the beginning, because there's a lot of things that you can perceive better on second viewing

im all caught up with the plot and little details never tend to be that big of a deal to read it all over again. I'm not a youtube making content on tengoku. right now my priority is reading a lot of manga as possible.

Why worry about "wasting time" when manga is supposed to be for your enjoyment and is meant to waste your time? It seems you are too caught up in wanting to get as many titles as possible onto your list instead of just enjoying the titles. Either way, go read the manga if you actually want to. Otherwise, skip it and wait for the second season since you seem to worry a lot about your time spent on entertainment.

tbh I used to think exactly like you, but what ended up happening is i ended up geting burnted out and not enjoying anything I started, often times I ended up forgetting everything i've read or completely not enjoying the stuff i've read.

so speeding through is in reality MUCH more of a waste of time

I mean, you stated that your "priority now is to read as much manga as possible". Why though? Why not just enjoy the things you decide to spend your time on? I am a student as well. I work 40 hours a week, go to the gym 4 times a week, spend time with my family, and care for my cat at home. I'm quite busy and thus I don't waste my free time on things that I don't enjoy and I don't rush through things. Either way, choose to either read the manga if you like the series or decide any "skipped content" isn't worth your time and just stick to the anime. Spending your time actually enjoying the things around you will make you much happier when you do decide to waste your time on them.

The vast majority of the changes are in the fight scenes.
The only really important piece of information not said in the anime is that The Gun requires 20 seconds to recharge before firing its first shot.
Kiruko is also extremely observant of her surroundings in the manga.

The fight in episode 1 against the group of thugs, Kiruko shoots the pole immediately at the start of the fight so we don't see Maru fight humans until much later.
After Kiruko & Maru leave the thug's building the thugs talk to each-other about how one of the thugs wanted to hold Kiruko from behind but Kiruko could only act like she did because Maru was always shadowing Kiruko, guarding her blind spots.

First Man-Eater fight feels different in the anime but it has the same beats.

The fight in the boat is slightly longer in the manga but it starts and ends in the same way.
In the 100% clear water part, the people attacked by the bear were waiting outside the water hole instead of inside. They wanted to ambush from behind and close the only exit.
Kiruko notices that the terrain is dangerous right away and leaves the watering hole immediately, wonders if she is paranoid and then finds the bodies outside.

In the anime we see Dr. Usami's suicide from his point of view, in the manga we only see it after we hear a gunshot from Kiruko's perspective. After they leave the roof, Kiruko feels ill and faints.
We see that the previous cult leader (Mizuhashi) is alive and are told that the new leader tried to kill her but a friend let her escape. The new leadership wanted to establish a new town using the enormous number of generators at the clinic.
Maru carries Kiruko and they go with Mizuhashi to her home. We later learn that Kiruko is having a period and that it is the first time she had it for 5 years. They stay with Mizuhashi for a couple of days then leave.
We meet 2 small kids that are looking for paint and Kiruko warns them to stay away from the cult because they may be dangerous after the change in leadership.

There is a fight shortly after they meet Juuichi against a random group of thugs was skipped but it looks similar to the first episode fight in the anime.
Kiruko comments that Maru has insane reflexes and that Kiruko would stand no chance against Maru 1v1 even if she had the gun. I don't remember when but Kiruko also said that Kiruko  taught Maru how to fight.
Episode 11 was directed by someone from Trigger studio so it looks different from the rest of the season, both visually and in tone.

There are small skipped scenes that are like a page long that don't affect the story like Maru and Kiruko standing above Juuichi's car while washing their teeth.
