why is the translation for this so fuckign slow?

came out years ago, and was quite popular in japan, and even recently got an live action but still not english scans or offical english translations???

This manga is not a manga that has become very popular in Japan.

It is not a major serialized magazine, and even I, a Japanese who reads a lot of manga, did not even know the title of this manga.

So I think it has not been translated because it is considered not to be in demand from overseas.
