| Olmar after being pushed to the edge finally accepted him for what he is and not act under anyone's influence. But the question is what are they going to do once the farm is captured by Canute's force ? Thorfinn also willing to call compensate on behalf of the master, but could he actually withstand 100 punches to the face, I don't think so, maybe Wulf or someone else is going the guy punching Thorfinn. |

| People are disappointed with Thorfinn's decision but I like men with guts. Floki's reaction to Thorfinn was absolutely priceless. As a seasoned veteran warrior, Floki had encountered countless formidable fighters throughout his illustrious career. However, when his gaze fell upon Thorfinn, an immediate sense of awe washed over him. He recognized something truly extraordinary in this young warrior, unable to fathom that he was the son of the Thors. It's both amusing and astonishing to ponder the fact that Thorfinn and Floki had crossed paths on at least three separate occasions, completely oblivious to each other's true identities. The first encounter took place when Thorfinn was just a mere child, ensnared by the clutches of Thorkell's army. Little did Floki know that the courageous young boy he saw before him was Thors' own flesh and blood. The second instance occurred during Thorfinn and Askeladd's time in England, where Floki happened to be present as well, yet destiny kept them apart. Finally, the third encounter unfolded when Thorfinn and his group convened with Canute, and although Floki was among the assembly, he remained oblivious to Thorfinn's true lineage. |
| I didn't realize Thorfinn was this short. I thought he would be average for an adult. Or maybe the Vikings are just that tall. |

| 3/5 Decent episode this one. Felt mostly like set-up for the finale which is fine. Not EVERY episode has to be top-tier Oh, Canute and your haunted path. It's bound to end tragic, isn't it? The lighting and facial animation was very detailed in this one while the action sequence was somewhat dry & cut short. Olmar is going through it and gotta be honest here, I thought there was no coming back for his character but I'm actually surprised by his recovery. Dude gets promoted but backed by a very powerful VA performance, he completely changed my perception of his character. Thorfinn gets a bit bullied while trying to get an audience with Canute who seemingly refuses to oblige. Of course, they're saving the reunion for the final episodes.... Obviously!!!! I chuckled at Floki's reaction to Thorfinn as well. Thorfinn is very determined to meet up with Canute and it might possibly be in an episode or two~~ |

| At least Olmar, in the moment of biggest stress, was able to make a good decision. His personality surely helped him in it. Oof, 100 punches, barehand, dealt by a tall and muscular warrior? I smell "battle shounen moment" in the air. Oh well, at least many previous episodes had decent dose of realism. Time to go back to dumb stuff. ;p |

We had crazy stuff happening in the previous season that was way crazier than Thorfinn taking 100 punches. Well, I don't know if he will take all of them and how (there are techniques to dodge and I believe Thorfinn might know them, so I wonder if they are going to play an important role in the next episode).Creator can take some creative liberty to convey his message probably. Next episode will surely reveal more about this whole situation. But this seinen series had shounen elements before, so it'd be weird to see all of them disappearing all of a sudden. |

| The after-effects of war and the death he saw, combined with the feeling of not being able to do anything, really took a toll on Olmar. Also, the girl he was fooling around with in the starting episodes of this season genuinely cares for him even though she and her family is suffering so much right now. Fellas, find yourself a decent girl like her and don't be a womanizer. Olmar confronted his brother and took the right decision of surrendering. His monologue about what he understands by courage now really hit differently. Made me quite emotional as a matter of fact. I can honestly respect him now. Canute doesn't wanna talk to Thorfinn? Does he not believe him to be the same guy or does he genuinely not wanna meet him? Thorfinn really took the 100-hit challenge with his life on the line. |

| Remember when you wanted to go to war. See what it happens. That’s the sad reality of war. The young master, is going through his own character development. They both have different definitions of courage. The name drop was insane, even Canute was shocked. Come on Canute, stop being such a brat and talk to him. Thorfinn, is really an honorable person, 100 punches is a lot. |

| I was so greedy! When Thorfinn was looking at the buckets full of coins and then asked about the bet, I really thought maybe he will use his skill to make a lot of money and start over. You gotta admit. My idea isn't too bad! Some people like Thorfinn's character development, but honestly...don't you miss the warrior in him? |

| It took bloodshed both by Olmar's own hands (assisted) and through the many who have called in the battle against Canute's forces to finally make a man out of Olmar. He is not like Thorgill who seeks violence as the answer to everything. He cares not for honour that the Norse so eagerly follows. Olmar makes the most humane of decisions, that which combines the logic and the emotions that the heart produces. Surrendering is as clear of a decision as any, it's common sense when facing an opponent as insurmountable as Canute's. Well done man. The courage to surrender is a rarity amongst the norsemen. THIS IS THE MOMENT I'VE BEEN DYING TO SEE ANIMATED THORFINN'S TRUE TEST OF PACIFISM. A COURAGOUS ACT OF SELFLESSNESS TO BRAVE THROUGH THE FLURRY OF TORMENT ALL FOR THE SAKE OF REPAYING THE PLACE WHO HAD HOUSED HIM FOR ALL THESE YEARS. |

| Don't know if Ketil's wife will ever find out about his secret with Arnheid but man, it'd be satisfying to see her writhe. And damn Olmar really became a man in his own way. Thorfinn accepting a Punch Out challenge against Thorkell's long lost cousin has huge shounen protag energy but can't deny how badass it'd be if he actually wins |
| The first half with Olmar was great. Although it's cringe to call running away like a coward "manly" then greater motive and purpose make it so. He's able to protect his family and keep everyone alive and isn't that all that matters in this stupid world anyways. Thorfinn is NOT taking 100 hits from Drott. I don't care what "trick" he has to taking hits, that's just straight up not something any human Thorfinn's size can do. This is just basic physics and it's about as realistic as his suddenly airbending out of nowhere and calling it a "trick". Also, why can't he just take out Drott instead and save everyone some time. Even if he does "survive" using his "trick" he'll die from all the injuries and internal bleeding soon after anyways. IF he's a real human and not a "human" like Dom Toretto 🤣 I don't understand why Canute refused to see him. I feel bad for Thorgil cause he's so cool. |
