| So after all those years, that was it. What a journey. The feeling is bittersweet but in the end, from what I understand, Mafuyu managed to find Yuki in music - so it doesn't feel like he's had to completely forget about him, but even though he can never seem him again, all of him isn't lost. Yuki will forever be the reason that Mafuyu got to where he is today. The details of seeing Mafuyu so much more expressive about what he wants was great - like when he was being possessive of Uenoyama, when Hiiragi came to steal him back as backup-guitarist, or being around his classmates and friends. We see Ugetsu again, and he somehow gets a final conclusion as well - Mafuyu confirms that he as well, in his opinion, exists within the music he's made/performed. Personally, I don't feel we see enough of Haruki and Akihiko but perhaps there was nothing more to say, that hasn't already been said. And then the ending's parallels - oh, the parallels. The walking at the beach and the familiar bus ride home - this time, not with Yuki but with Uenoyama. It was so important and sweet, and I honestly wonder what kind of expression Mafuyu was making, when Uenoyama decided to kiss him. Such a bliss. Finally it ends of - with Mafuyu saying something that appears random and hilarious, yet also is a reference to what Yuki said after their exact same trip home that day. The story is over and all there is left to do, is to give it a well-deserved re-read to enjoy the full story in one go. Thank you for the hard work to Natsuki Kizu, and I hope others will enjoy it just as much, now that the work is finished. |

| uhh so it's over! ah I'm gonna miss my boys.. I fondo thus last chapter kinda bittersweet, I also wanted to see more of Aki and Haru, same goes for Ue and Mafuyu (feels like they lost the lightspot a while ago lol) glad to see my baby Mafuyu being more open and honesto about the way he feels, I died with that kiss! Guess I'll re-read soon! |
| Wow. When I read chapter 50 a while back, I didn't expect for chapter 51 to be the end. To be honest, it felt like I got blindsided. I really wanted to see their journey to fame and during their fame. Anyways, Mafuyu realizing that Yuki exists in music....man, that just made me tear up. And then there's Ugetsu and Mafuyu, from the very start I felt like they were very, very similar to each other. So that call from Ugetsu and Mafuyu saying what he said gave Ugetsu the closure he needed to move on. Now, that last sentence. I'm sure well all *facepalmed* at that, but then I realized, "Ah, as expected of Mafuyu. Always saying something random and catching Uenoyama and others off guard." Well, not the very best ending (since I wanted more lol) but a nice conclusion. |
| Gosh, I really needed this to have more chapters. I'm glad they are happy of course but I need more anime with their beautiful songs, this music gives me life. |

| For some reason I skipped the chapter 50, no wonder why I didn't like the ending at first lol, after reading it was a nice ending, if I am honest I loved last panel so Mafuyu like~ |
| I like to post in manga forum when I feel it is worth it, so people will think. "Shit, is her again" or something. People asked me where I read certain thing but the rules say no telling where did you read so maybe I am too boring for not saying? Or salty because you didn't check my profile that says don't ask because I hate people to ghost me after that. I love learning languages so maybe I did not read the manga in English. |
| Wish there was a sequel and I do think sometimes I want more simplistic fluff than the author introducing its dark themes and at the end, they kinda ditch with resolving it yk. But decent ending, last panel was something LMAO. |
