That’s wrong tho lol.

Cyberpunk was solely produced by CD Projekt Red and Record of Ragnarok was produced by Warner Bros. Japan, MBS, and some other companies.

Netflix wasn’t a producer on either of them.

Lflix forces the staffs under 'em to use alot of cgi and shitty rotoscoping. that's why i'm not happy about this. it's a shame that this masterpiece isn't being adapted by a well know studio :(

I hope you know that Studio M2 is the secondary branch of Mappa studio, that has been founded by Maruyama and some ex coworkers from Madhouse studio that already produced Yawara, Master Keaton and Monster.

the producer of this series is the founder of Madhouse and MAPPA itself, The one who produced MONSTER, Masao Murayama

one of the most well respected people in the anime industry ever and the only guy that Urasawa actually allows to touch his work

plus the teaser looks good

and Netflix is just a streaming service

@Dawizz The manga is older than Netflix's founding. Watching it, nothing suggests Netflix altered the material. They simply bought the rights to show it on their network.
