yo! thank you so much for sharing this! i didn’t see this on twitter earlier as i was rewatching the finale episode. this gave me little hope! the japanese people in the comments are asking for a 2nd term too and OVA! i wish lycoris recoil gets enough noise and campaign on the internet so a-1 knows that the audience wants it!

This tweet raises expectations for a second season in 2023. If it were only one season, Aniplex would not have featured it so much at the Aniplex Festival last night. The amount of time devoted to Lycoris Recoil on last night's webcast suggests a lot more to come from this series!

this! though ngl after the lycoris recoil panel, i left the livestream a little sad because i was SO sure that chika and shion were gonna announced season 2 there because i mean… what a perfect way to announce a 2nd season right? you know aniplex… big event… global attention. and then bam! they just re-released the finale pv and dropped a takina still.

nevertheless, im so glad i got to watch chika and shion on a livestream with english subtitles!! it finally wasn’t a “just laugh when they laugh” moment for me lmao

yas! chika and shion were cast perfectly as chisato and takina. and they also happen to be just as charming as their respective characters! i love hearing their thoughts on the show on the lyco reco radio.

the manga, sold out light novel, and chisato and takina’s nendoroids say it all…. THE CONSUMERS CANT GET ENOUGH OF CHISATO AND TAKINA.

shield hero is not anime original, blame mangaka for boring ark or the studio for bad adaptation

The Shield Hero S2 Arc is actually interesting for me but the animation or adaptation were botched from the first EP. (off-topic)

To answer the original thread's author...
Probably... since it was a big hit... and there's a lot of things to do...

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.
