Seems unlikely it will have a Season 2 as the latest LNs (7-8) in Japan haven’t been well liked. Currently reading LN 2 but there’s 8 released. Anime covered all of Volume 1 fyi. Seems like the author likes Redo of a Healer too much as that’s getting more time than this series.

It has more than enough content for multiple seasons. Season 1 only adapted 1 volume. If my memory serves me right, Studio Palette had teased to expect more information this year. I searched for the tweet. But couldn't find it. But I'm sure I did read it correct

it was a good anime, but yeah there are so many good anime that need a sequel, don't know when the big companies will realise we need sequels instead of new anime, that's how they will make more money and we will get more Entertainment

usually animes are made to promote source materials. It is different if the source is already popular though. Lot of popular mangas still don't have an anime adaptation for a reason.

I can agree if it was 2015 but now anime industry outclasses manga Industry, like even with only 5 percent or so viewers watching anime legally it earns about 23 billion dollars , like half of Hollywood, so I believe the big companies should start looking more towards anime as their main and manga as only the source, even if the manga doesn't get hit in Japan the whole world may like it and if they want anime to get the popularity and Money it deserves they need to think about World not just Japan.
I am not disagreeing with you, what you have said is perfectly good, it's just the anime industry needs to evolve

Ok, what? The author haven't made a new volume for Kaifuku since 2020 and a new volume of Sekai Saikou no Ansatsusha just came out, do you really think he is focusing too much on Kaifuku despite of this? I think he is currently focusing more on this one than in Kaifuku.

this show is way too overwhelming positive and money making to studio. not sure why they did not announce season 2 yet. but knowing silver link that studio only make anime for promoting the source and no plan for sequel despite receive overwhelming support from fan on all platforms. the only anime so far I see that they made an exception is otome game, fate/kaleid and non non.

maou gakuin? bofuri? KimiSen? masamune-kun? they all have upcoming sequels. in fact silverlink has announced a lot of new anime. too much it seems... we can only hope they announce the assassin isekai season 2 in 2023 or another studio taking it up because it's decent and is/was fairly popular.

SilverLink has nothing to do with this show getting a season 2 or not, since SilverLink is just the studio and not a producer.

And SilverLink didn't make much money from this anime either, since all the profits go to the production committee, so in total SilverLink has made $0 out of this show.

I don't think this show will get a 2nd season. I skipped 1st LN volume but everything past that is very unlike anime. It seems studio took some liberties to make anime better, but I fail to see how can they continue doing it. There is no way to keep the assassin vibe, it becomes a generic hypocrite whiteknight, wish-fulfillment isekai story.
