I was planning on doing this some months ago and had completely forgotten about this. I want to host a Draft tournament for this card game. If anyone is interested, let me know.

The draft's date has been decided.

It will be Monday, May 03,2010 at 5:00 PM in the WITCC Cafeteria, in the non-main section of seating. We will start with a demonstration at 4:30, possibly at 5, then begin the actual draft on the half-hour mark later than the demonstration.

If we have an attendance of 3 or less, we will postpone the draft until Monday, May 10, 2010 with similar times. If we have more than 10, we will provide additional supplies for the excess. Depending on attendance, we may have an additional draft May 10th also. If you have any questions, you can contact me at 712-222-4920 or extenstion 4920 if you are on campus.

Again, this is a free Yu Yu Hakusho Trading Card Game Draft with prizes. Prizes include, additional cards(like promos, interesting cards, random cards, packs, and (an) Anime DVD(s)).

I will only wait until 5:00, to determine attendance for the draft. Anyone that shows up later than 5:00 will not be allowed into the draft tournament. No exceptions. There will be a 30 minute time frame for deck construction after the draft sequence to build your deck.

Minimum deck size is 40 cards not counting starting line-up characters. You must have at least 4 characters in your starting line-up to play. All starters come with rules and instructions to play. If anyone has any questions before, during, or after the tournament, feel free to ask me (the one running the event). The erratta rules, restricted card list, and banned card list will be made available during the draft.

The draft was somewhat of a flop, but it got some interest from some club members. We will now have constructed tournament on Monday, May 10th instead of a draft. If anyone is still interested in playing or learning how to play, we still have 4 starter decks available and loads of singles to build a decent deck.
