I haven't read the manga, but anime adaptation seemed pretty finished to me. So I don't think there is really any need to read the manga if you'll watch the anime.

Honestly the manga is definitely worth reading in its entirety. It’s short and covers stuff the anime doesn’t.

If you wish to treat this incident as our nation’s scheme, that is fine by me. History is written by the victors. All of your false accusations will soon be erased.

Watch then read the manga. The anime ended at chapter 25 or 27 I forgot it but it's close. The manga have a complete conclusion.
But the anime got amazing music and op etc.

The manga and the anime are practically exactly the same from volume 1-4, so if you just started at vol 5 you’d pick up exactly where the anime left off. Up to you whether or not you want to read 1-4 for the art/author notes.

The anime is well-adapted from manga. I watched the anime first, and read the manga after last episode (I started from 5th volume if i'm not mistaken). Both are enjoyable, and u won't fall apart even u start from the anime first imo.

Anime adapted 55% of the manga

lmao #2 with the worst fucking take in the world

anime adapts up to chapter 29, and I highly recommend picking up the manga and reading the remaining chapters. I think the anime did a great job adapting the first 4 volumes so unless you want to get the complete manga experience you can just start from chapter 30
