Chibi spinoffs don't tend to be the most exciting shows, but Uma Musume hits hard and I think having a more chill show based on it could be a fun time. I'll be surprised if this is more than 5 minutes per episode.

definitely excited for this, especially since vodka is best girl and i hope she gets more screen-time, even if she is in chibi form. honestly, if this is more slice-of-life with insight into all of their relationships and personalities, i'll be happy no matter the length of the episodes. as much as i enjoyed seasons 1 and 2, i think that another whole season would just be exhausting because there's only so much you can rehash when you limit the plot and universe to them only being racehorses and only participating in this confined set of japanese races ...

maybe i sound crazy but a more mature, uma musume expanded universe would be kinda sick. illegal street racing, drugging controversies, introducing other equine sports like dressage and show jumping, doing something a little bit more engaging with the interpersonal relationship between the horsegirls and the trainers (without the trainers being the equivalent of high school teachers ... ) ... or maybe i just think way too much about this show, idk
