Hmm… Im here rewatching the series and can’t take it anymore. They only adapted 30 chapters and there’s 96 manga chapters total released (on-going). I dont know what are the chances of getting 2nd season.

Don’t worry.

Classroom of the Elite, Full Metal Panic, Devil is a Part Timer, Bleach… all of these got follow up seasons years later when everyone though it would never happen.

I think they will do it eventually. Once studio Orange is free again, the chances will improve.

Yup insane. That one has been memed like crazy for years. Maybe at this rate Silksong will finally come out.

Hopefully an announcement is awaiting us once Orange Studios is done with Beastars final season. The plot reaches new heights which I desperately want to see animated

I am also hoping for a sequel. It would be nice if the manga would finish beforehand so we could get the entire story adapted eventually.

I don’t like most of what happens after the adapted chapters so I’m okay with just the single season personally.

Looking back at the number of watchers for the first season makes the odds for a second season seem bleak. It hasn’t even reached half a mil yet after close to five years now.

If I was a potential producer looking at that, I’d be worried about whether a second season was worth the investment.

Maybe if the original producers could license it out to more popular platforms the show could generate some more interest? HIDIVE and Prime Video definitely isn’t the place to get a large audience.
