| While I was glad that they didn't skip the Zakuro part, I can't believe they would chose to adapt and extend that one extra chapter from the manga that has completely nothing to do with the story when there's 24 more chapters haven't been adapted yet. It may be enough if the manga chapters has around 10 to 20 pages, but since it's a monthly series most chapters had more pages than the weekly manga series. Also, if they included Ni Jianyi, Yaone and Gyokumen who doesn't even appear in the manga version of the extra chapter, why didn't they also include Lirin in it as well? Because the fact her VA has already passed away back in 2011 (Therefore they' won't find replacement VA for her)? IF it's the case, then I'm kinda worries at that one chapter that featuring Kougaiji's group later on since she also appeared there as well (Not that it was relevant to the story itself). That being said, I kinda enjoyed the jokes here a lot more than the manga version, especially with that parody and referback of Against the Stream Arc (First six episodes of Gunlock anime) in the beginning lol. |
