FGO is separate from othee Fate projects so not Fate as a franchise absolutely not it's a money making machine for Type Moon.

In terms of FGO's story it is the finale of the game's first part, there is a part 1.5 and a part 2 that's halfway through.

For anime for FGO, honestly it's anyone's guess but I imagine this won't be the end because again, it makes money and a lot of it

This is the end of Part 1, Observer on Timeless Temple. The Game continues into Part 1.5, Epic of Remnant, and Part 2, Cosmos in the Lostbelt. The story of /GO is not slated to end until the conclusion of Part 2 at the earliest, and even then we're only a little over halfway done according to Nasu.
