| 2 obvious twists. He's a drunk because he killed the girl he loved (and it's clearly why he's so willing to help her commit these crimes, as redemption for himself), and L's "boyfriend" is Wallace Jr. Looks like he's already moved on to "White Lotus" lmao |
| Time wasn't kind to Joseph, meanwhile Marlowe is still handsome. After last episode wasn't a surprise that Wallace Jr. was the "boyfriend", and was interesting he give an interface AI to Elle. Elle drawing pixel by pixel felt like an idea that Nintendo would have. |

| Somehow I didn't notice that the "boyfriend" was junior - until now. At least I noticed it before the full reveal at the end - when I recognized the voice. (Either did not pay attention that much to this before or he didn't talk a lot in the previous flashbacks at the pool.) Thing with Joseph was obvious yeah. When I saw the girl and the bar and her singing ... reminded of Final Fantasy 8 a bit lol. :D A bit surprised though that the other guy (other Blade Runner) did not seem thaaaat evil. More like he just was emotionally distanced and saw it as a "regular job" - and really cared about his co-worker (that would have gottein into trouble if it got revealed that he fell in love with a skinjob) - therefore pressured him to finish the job. (+ he seems to enjoy the "action" as we could see in previous fights vs. Elle.) |
| So Joseph fell in love with a replicant which led him to falling out of the Blade Runner program and his co-worker Marlowe finished the job. I kinda figured that Wallace Jr. was the guy in Elle's memory since he basically created her. |

| So seems like Joseph is Jr's bitch underling. Curious if it's possible for his replicant lover to be remade (even though in theory most clones wouldn't be exact). | I don't understand the point of retiring harmless Nexus 8s like Serena. It's such a waste to kill beautiful and useful replicants. I thought they were going to look for Alex Mercer next. His voice was too apparent in the recent flashbacks, but it was impossible to tell before. I didn't expect Joseph to be working for Junior. |
