Awkward tension at school with them both recognizing the other as Pomeko and Nyanta. Then Mokoto had to go back to confronting pieces of his trauma again. It's not really clear why everyone like him now...is he supposed to be attractive? If that was said I don't remember. Lol it certainly isn't his charm.

Makoto then runs into Shinozuka...gotta say she's very cute when flustered. Guess he's gonna break the ice and talk to her about their writings

Is Blue Box my favorite manga? Not yet...Yes. Yes it is.

Ngl. The manga made makoto looked better lol. I don't like his character writing in the original web novel. However I haven't read the light novel yet I might be missing some of his character. But still he looks like an edgy character that acts like he's the only person in the world. You can feel for the guy if you know his backstory but man.
His monologues is pretty irritating "I don't feel anything anymore" is the line that keeps me up at night. Please makoto we know you're broken but stfu. Back to the manga. I like it. I won't be distracted on some of nora usagi's weird writing. I'm not a huge fan of the art but it's still good. Also makoto's character looked a lot better here. You can actually feel that he just doesn't want to get involved with anyone. It's still better than telling the readers that "you don't have a feeling anymore so you tend to avoid people around. Because you're scared of getting betrayed again" for the 10000 times for fucks sake. Seriously. I think the vtuber mangaka is doing quite well. The pacing is good. The presentation of characters is alright. And the art style is alright. Also miyu is here so be careful with her. There are times where you won't get that one scenario that she did. But that one pov chapter of her was pretty good. Also the little step sister is a bitch. And for the first time in my entire life, I never thought that I would despise anime imoutos. This chapter was pretty good too and his meeting with pomeko gave me some cringe worthy monologues where I would've just told myself that learning how to read was a mistake. But I do hope the artist would lessen some of those parts.

Shinozuka/Pomeko-san's expressions when reading Makoto/Nyanta-kun's works is totally adorable! I find these expressions really cute!
