| How unfair can this guy get, has hundreds of powers and can get more. Thou Casey is the more fearsome one with her mind control power but she pissed off Praetorian. He's proly gonna become the biggest obstacle in their way or we might get a plot twist with him actually working together with the heat. Anyway looking forward to their big plan. |

| 200 abilities? That's brokenaf but the Praetorian can't choose the power he wants to. Casey's powers are way stronger than I expected. The Heat sounds like a cool guy, it's pretty impressive that he carried out all of those heists in the past without killing a single person. |

| "Has random powers" is just a fancy way of saying "has whatever powers the plot requires at any given moment". It's just cheap and lazy writing that he just so happens to get powers that perfectly hard-counter each of the villains like that. |
