Fall season, Sub problems?

First of all lets goo, wasn't expecting it to come out this season! Alright, ive watched this series several times. Once being with the (not good) subtitles, and the second time with the very high quality subtitles on Dailymotion.

Does anyone know if the subtitles will be good this time around, considering Netflix has started putting this series on their platform, and may add s2 as/after it comes out. I would imagine if they did, the translation would naturally be better, as there was a problem with it before for English as far as I am aware. Or will we have to wait for decent subs like last time?

I have been looking forward to this s2 for a while, and I would hate to have to wait to watch it :( Straight up the best/funniest Chinese anime I have watched to date.

I hope so, even though it was greatly rushed, I still enjoyed it, but Chinese translations almost make majority of them unwatchable. Lets hope so

I sure do hope so. I watched the first season on Netflix, and it was very enjoyable for me. Somehow, I remember the show in English even though it was in Mandarin lol. I guess reading the subtitles paid off. I can't wait for the next season.

It's a pain but there are some fan-subs out there that do a decent job for subbing Donghua.

One dead giveaway that you should find a different fansub of a Chinese series is if you ever see the gender of a male or female swapped. It's a dead giveaway that they're simply using a machine translator method. Hard to even trust that they get the context of any single situation in the show correctly, especially any of the more complicated phrases that are significant to the storyline.

thanhtung.nguyenrb runs a site and releases pretty decent subs at almost always 1080p resolution.
